Lets just start with the Detroit Music Awards. This year we had a blast in the D. I was nominated in the outstanding Rock/Pop vocalist category. I want to thank all those who voted for me. I didn't win, but it was such an honor to be nominated! My hubby took best producer and one of his projects this year took best folk record. Billy Brandt's "Mission Band". You may recognize my voice on the song of the same title and several other cuts from the CD. Check it out. I will be adding photo's from the awards soon with my new Pix section. I started this year off with a bang by writing and performing for GM's Cadillac reveal at the North American International Auto Show. What a blast. Check it out on the new video page of my artist side. I will be adding lots of pix of that show soon. Then, I sang a song that may appear in the new "Librarian" movie. Also, a special thanks to Pam Rossi who has been playing my song "Are you Lonely Tonight" on her radio show OverEasy on WCSX 94.7. Thanks a Bunch! And of course, my new CD. This has been a work in progress over the last few years. Included with my new songs are some of my favorite songs from my last band REDHOUSE. Now I hope they will be some of your favorites too. I want to send out special thanks to John Wise for his beautiful photo design work on this CD. Lisa Romatz for her amazing floral images and new site design. Dan Jones for his tireless work on getting all the new stuff plugged into the site. THANK YOU!!! You guys are the best. I wore many hats on this CD. Producer, writer, arranger, and musician. I had detroit's finest who lent their talent to this project including my dad, Bobby Lewis, who plays guitar on the new tunes. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!! I really, truly, love you all.
